They are loyal and usually have only had one career in their lifetime. Baby boomers (1946-1964) are generally hardworking, competitive optimists. They are most likely to get burnout and acquire stress-related health conditions. Individuals in the generation X (1965-1980) are typically independent and committed to work and team. However, they sometimes challenge power and authority.
