Risk factors for uterine cancer include metabolic syndrome (type II diabetes, hypertension, and obesity), nulliparity, increased age, polycystic ovary disease, estrogen replacement therapy, and late menopause. The patient with type II diabetes, obesity, and hypertension who never had children has the most risk factors for uterine cancer. The patients with late menopause, polycystic ovary disease, and estrogen replacement therapy have fewer risk factors.
