Servant leadership aims in developing individual competence and skill as well as building relationships for the good of the entire team. Democratic leadership allows each member to participate in the decision-making process by allowing open communication and delegating to them due responsibility and accountability. Laissez-faire leadership is a hands-off approach to organizational goals, in which leaders do not sufficiently provide supervision and direction to the members.
